Become a Mobilized Leader Today!

FCA’s pursuit of multi-generational discipleship is a team effort. We desire to Engage, Equip, and Empower coaches and athletes to go and make disciples, who make disciples. If you are someone who wants to help others grow in their faith in Jesus, this is the place for you.

To become an FCA Empowered Coach or Leader, there are three steps:

1. Join a local FCA ministry environment. This could be a huddle, small group, board, or any gathering where you are ministering to others.
2. Complete the E3 Online Overview (see button below).
3. Complete a Ministry Leader Application (MLA), (see button below). 

We are not designed to go on this journey alone. You are joining a global community of coaches, athletes, and many others who are pursuing the Great Commission of Jesus together. Welcome to the team!
