I was born and raised in Newport Beach. Growing up, I did not know about Jesus Christ, so in order to find purpose in life, I pursued fame in soccer and friends. I struggled with knowing my worth and feeling empty by the life I was pursuing.
It wasn’t until my freshman year in college that I found out about Jesus and decided to commit my life to Him. As a freshman at University of Oregon, I was struggling to figure out who I was without soccer. During this identity crisis, God found me and I have never looked back! I then transferred to Point Loma Nazarene University where I played soccer and grew in my faith tremendously. The moment I graduated, I moved home and began to coach soccer in the same place that I grew up. I wanted to reach all of the “mini-me’s” who are walking around Newport Beach, not knowing about Jesus!!
Now I am working for FCA because I love God, people, and soccer. Ever since God saved me and I learned of His love, grace, and hope, I have been on a mission that no one will miss out on these same life changing truths! I am now married to Trevor Lawrence, who is a youth pastor at Grace Fellowship Church. Together, we are on a mission to love students and families, and to reach this city for Christ.
